Building a business can feel isolating and overwhelming, and figuring out next steps can be complex. We understand. Several of KEDCO’s team members are running businesses themselves. You don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
KEDCO offers hands-on support to Kosciusko County business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs to help them launch and grow their businesses.
KEDCO’s Entrepreneur Navigator program offers a one-stop-shop for emerging and existing entrepreneurs in Kosciusko County. Through one-on-one discussion and coaching, we help entrepreneurs figure out their next steps. Whether it’s assistance for writing a business plan, offering small business lender referrals, or mapping out a strategy for your business, we’re here.
Our team is tuned in to other resources throughout the region and state for business owners, so we’ll do our part to keep you connected, and offer referrals to help your business thrive.

- One-on-one meetings: up to 1 hour per month per entrepreneur
